This clamshell box was made to house a rare antique binding. Completely bespoke and made to measure around the book itself, it is a very secure way to protect and store a precious book or object. The box was made using a double-wall technique, to create a very strong and sturdy structure. Archival materials were used throughout the box, to ensure that there is no adverse affects to the book.
