Postage to a UK address is FREE. The cost of UK postage is included in the price of each item, therefore at the checkout please select FREE POSTAGE.
Orders are dispatched within 14 working days of receiving your online order (excludes weekends & Bank holidays). All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or courier who aim to deliver these items the next working day, although delivery can take between 3-5 days. Delivery times are once the package has been dispatched which will be within 14 working days of an order being placed. Please be aware that due to Coronavirus postage times can be longer than normal.
International Shipping is available at a flat rate of £23, although for large purchases it may require a larger cost more. If you would like to discuss international shipping please contact (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss the arrangements before making an online purchase.
Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch. Payment is made using our online payment facility and you can pay by credit / debit card or you can use PayPal. All transactions shall be made in UK sterling, and as the buyer, should you be overseas with a different currency, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made to you by your card provider. I do not store any credit card details for any of my customers. Using a third party payment gateway helps to ensure the highest level of security.
By entering card details onto our system you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address and possess a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
If an incorrect quotation, listing or order confirmation is given at an incorrect price due to a technical, administrative or other reason, I will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason I am unable to contact you using the contact details I reserve the right to refuse the order whether or not the order funds are received by electronic transfer, credit or debit card. In this instance I will refund the charge in the same manner.
RETURNS, DAMAGES, CANCELLATIONS
I hope that you’ll be very happy with your purchases, but understand that you may change your mind and wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to let me know in writing no longer than 14 days after the date on which you received the products.
Please email email@example.com with your contact and your order details and let me know why you are returning an item. You’ll then be sent a returns address and details of how to proceed.
Please return your item in good condition, with its original packaging within 14 working days from the date you received the products. The refund includes the original delivery charge but please note that the return delivery charge will not be refunded. However please note if you’re returning a product because it is faulty return delivery costs will be refunded.
If you return goods, please use an insured method of despatch and obtain proof of posting. I can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
I take every care to package your items securely, however in the unfortunate event of your goods arriving damaged, please send photographs of the damage and packaging by email for a full refund. Requests for a refund due to damages must be made within 5 working days. I cannot accept requests for a refund due to damages that were made after delivery unless there is a design flaw. You will need to provide proof of the flaw in your photographs.
I do not accept liability for any loss or damage of any products you send (or anyone instructed by you to send) to us and recommend all such products are insured and tracked when sent to us.
If you wish to cancel your order of an online purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and let us know your name, date of order and order content. If your parcel has already been sent please look at our returns policy, where you are liable for the cost of return postage.
I reserve the right to cancel purchases and orders for any reason prior to dispatch. If orders are cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to these orders. Any cancellations due to unavailability will be refunded as soon as possible, and within 30 days of your order.
When you place your order you’ll be asked to provide your name, address, email address and telephone number (optional) so that we can fulfil your order. You'll also be asked to provide a name and address for shipping/delivery. The shipping/delivery name and address, and any specific message provided by you, will be given to the maker of the item ordered for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Your email address may also be given to the maker, but only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
When you place your order you will also be asked if you would like your name and email address to be added to my mailing list. If you opt to join my mailing list I’ll only use your details to tell you about selected news, any special offers, events, or any changes to my site. You can remove, change or update your contact and marketing preferences at any time by emailing me.
